Alexandra is the Founder & CEO of Azraq, an AI-driven portfolio-level risk management platform for digital infrastructure. Azraq quantifies credit and asset-level risk exposure across execution, operations, environmental, social, market, and environmental factors - supporting underwriting, development finance, refinancing, and growth capital decisions across the entire data-center value chain. The platform enables smarter site screening, faster due diligence, and institutional-grade risk visibility from early development through to stabilised operations. A chartered electrical and smart buildings engineer, Alexandra brings over 12 years of experience in engineering and project management across large-scale infrastructure and cross-functional strategy projects. Her career spans leadership roles in early-stage climate tech startups, from pre-seed through to Series B. As a C-suite leader at BeZero Carbon - a global carbon ratings agency - Alexandra helped shape business strategy and led the delivery teams supporting clients’ decarbonisation goals. During her tenure, BeZero Carbon secured the UK’s largest Series B raise in 2022. Alexandra’s passion for sustainable design and systems thinking also led her to work with Arup International Development, and later with Arup’s Advanced Technology and Research team. There, she contributed to projects focused on the circular economy, smart buildings, and emerging technologies in collaboration with Schneider Electric and AECOM.

Chief Engineering Officer for BeZero Carbon. Working in the leadership team developing business strategies and the commercial plan, whilst scaling the engineering team to be four times the size within 12 months. Led and trained the team to design and deliver Net Zero strategies, with bespoke, complex solutions for businesses to transition to a low carbon economy. Working across wide reaching sectors to understand their carbon impact and develop net zero and carbon pricing frameworks to enable them to meet stakeholder and compliance requirements. Working at the executive level to develop the transition strategy for BeZero Carbon as it continued to expand at a rapid pace.
