Managed investment strike zone and strategy with affiliate developer GE Solar. Negotiated terms and conditions for key portfolio documents including PPAs. Closed and funded C&I solar transactions with commercial and municipal offtakers.
Evaluated key GE customer’s 1,600MW utility scale solar and wind development pipeline. Executed underwriting, approval, diligence, closing and funding of three equity transactions totaling $420MM. Built financial tracking model and performed portfolio management responsibilities for $1Bn joint venture consisting of 46 projects across four energy technologies (hydro, solar, wind and geothermal).
Secondary account manager for $700MM of wind assets; analyzed portfolio acquisitions and sale scenarios. Managed 7 portfolio models, performed quarterly reporting including stress testing and valuations.
