I am taking a career break to move and establish our family to Greece.
Project: City Rail Link Ltd - C3, C5 & C7 Link Alliance (budget NZD2.5B) (Seconded from March Construction Ltd) Link Alliance has been formed to deliver the City Rail Link (CRL) 3.45km twin tunnel underground rail line that runs from Auckland’s Britomart Transport Centre and connects to the Auckland rail network at a redeveloped Mt Eden Station. Design and construction of two new underground stations at Aotea and Karangahape, and a long-term maintenance contract are included in this transformational project.
Projects: - City Rail Link Contract 6; CRLL (Budget NZD15.5M) - Metro Sports Facility - Ground Improvements; Otakaro Ltd (Budget NZD9.8M) - Stone Column works; CPB, Main Contractor of the project: Bayfair to Baypark (Tauranga) (Budget NZD3.7M) Supported the company's various construction projects, from pre-contract award to construction.
Project: City Rail Link Contract 1 – Auckland Transport / City Rail Link (Budget NZD160M) Seconded to the construction team of “Downer Soletanche-Bachy Joint Venture” the contractor of CRL C1 project, to provide project controls and commercial management services for the project which included the construction of tunnels beneath the “Chief Post Office” (CPO) Heritage building for connecting new lines to existing “Britomart” Station (demolition of structural elements of CPO, diaphragm wall within the CPO, micro-piling, jet grouting, underpinning, etc). The main scope during my involvement in the project was circa NZD 90M.
Various projects, indicatively: - An Accessible City; Otakaro Ltd (Budget NZD30M) - Riccarton Trunk Upgrade; Christchurch City Council (NZD7M) - SH1 Waitaki River Bridge Cap Beam Strengthening; NZ Transport Agency (NZD4.4M) Involved with tender estimates of various civil projects, as well as the assessment of cost elements of projects already under construction.
