My primary focus is to develop company initiatives such as omnichannel efforts, loyalty program, and alternative payments along with the creation and management of a comprehensive A/B testing program including strategy, implementation, analysis, and recommendations.
My main responsibility is to manage the Boot Barn testing program which includes identifying opportunity, hypothesizing results, setting parameters and goals, and analyzing results. I utilize tools such as Optimizely, Demandware, and Google Optimize to perform run rate, A/B and multivariate tests on 3+ websites under the Boot Barn umbrella, all in the effort to increase overall conversion.
