As the Head of Data Solutions at Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), I lead the strategic vision and execution of a high-impact portfolio of data-driven products that empower financial institutions, acquirers and merchants across 87 countries in the CEMEA region. We use transactional data of Visa and create scalable data solutions with actionable insights to drive measurable business outcomes for our clients. The current portfolio includes 12 data solutions and demonstrates sustainable revenue growth. - Define and communicate product vision and long-term strategy (new products, incremental new client’s segments and operational models, monetization models and pricing strategy) - Oversee the whole life cycle of data solutions (ideation, product roadmaps, design, development, delivery and Go-to-Market) - Lead team of product owners (5 people) and development team (data engineers and data scientists) during product development cycle (Agile, SCRUM) for new data solutions and enhancement of existing solutions. - Stakeholders’ management – alignment with VCA leadership team about business priorities and data solutions strategy. - Go-to-Market strategy – launching new products in CEMEA markets (87 countries) and enabling local teams with the tools and insights needed for successful adoption.
