Complete digitalization of the customer journey of a structured full-supply product for SMEs. Go-to-market of 3 new commercial offers for SMEs (the first one contributed >500kCHF in gross margin in 2023). Standardization and streamlining of sales processes for large industrial customers, which contributed (indirectly) to a portfolio growth of 30% in this segment over 2 years. Co-lead for continuous and strategic development programs with a budget of >1 Mio / year.
E-CUBE Strategy Consultants is a tier-1 strategy consultancy focusing on Energy, Mobility and Infrastructure issues. I was mobilized on a diverse set of topics, notably: crowdfunding for renewable assets, public transportation, fiber optic market, energy transition markets and data science applications for the energy sector. Within this framework of their position, I carried out the following primary tasks: Modelling of economic simulations and business plans (Python, Excel), Market research, data collection & analysis, stakeholder interviews, compilation of reports and presentation as well as client presentations.
I worked on projects related to interprocess management and operational excellence aiming at increasing the group's margin. This work experience was integrated into the MBA programme of Collège des Ingénieurs.
My main responsibility was the promotion of the Mayor's Entrepreneur Challenge, which allows London based students to enter their innovative ideas in the fields of environment, tech as well as creative industries and win a prize of £20'000. Further, I helped running pitching events and several workshops, that helped participants shaping their business idea and enabled them to get direct feedback from experts.
As Jr. Project Manager I was involved in the organization of activities with the academic and entrepreneurial community from the US and Switzerland. Namely, was overseeing applications of Swiss startups to the Innosuisse US Market and organized stays of startups working in the field of Renewable Energy, IoT and Medicals Devices as well as I co-organized the delegation visit of the Venture Leaders in Life Sciences, which included a 200+ people public event. Furthermore, I co-organized the Swiss Startup Corner at the BIO International Convention and the stay of two researchers working in the field of The Future of Work. Internally, I was highly involved in the improvement of customer relations management tools and implemented a new internal knowledge sharing tool.
