I build product organisations that solve customer problems and deliver measurable business outcomes: conversion, retention, margin. My background is rooted in P&L impact and marketplace economics. That lens shapes how I lead. I don't measure success in output. At Booking.com (170m users, €15bn revenue) I delivered €100m incremental revenue through post-booking retention, prevented 60k daily cancellations by solving the platform's number one marketplace friction, and launched ML-powered business model innovations driving 40% supplier adoption. At Parkos I led a turnaround: stopped unprofitable expansion, refocused on the core, and delivered 3x reservation growth and +32% conversion before a successful exit to Cavu in 2024. At Sennder (over €1bn revenue) I am building a new fee-based pricing model that delivered €6m gross profit and 12% topline growth in a declining market, reducing time to production by 20% through a company-wide Gen AI strategy, and restructuring the product organisation around validated customer outcomes. I build cross-functional teams where ownership is clear and decisions are grounded in evidence, not opinion or seniority. What I think about: AI removes delivery friction but leaves discovery broken. The bottleneck has moved upstream. We risk building more wrong things, faster. Good product culture gets better with AI. Dysfunction gets louder. When AI makes the call, someone still owns the outcome. Accountability cannot be automated.
