About

Life comes at you fast—but success isn’t about keeping up; it’s about adapting and thriving. My journey has taken me from student-athlete to higher education practitioner, from shaping Student-Athlete Development to now leading Player Engagement in the NFL. Through every transition, I never had to change who I was or abandon the skills I mastered—I simply learned how to adapt, evolve, and apply them in new ways to create impact. Passionate about Human and Athlete Development, I bring a wealth of experience across Higher Education, Collegiate Athletics, and Professional Sports. With expertise in facilitation and a deep commitment to growth, I leverage my M.S.Ed. in Educational Administration and Higher Education to empower others and drive meaningful change. #Adaptability #PlayerDevelopment #Leadership
