• Analyst in lead-managed and co-managed public and private offerings of debt and equity transactions • High involvement in project-related work including meetings with senior client management, key board members, relevant advisors (financial, legal, industry, etc.), valuation, projections, strategic review, corporate governance, due diligence, and preparation of client presentations • Construct dynamic financial models and perform valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, sum-of-the-parts, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses • Planned and developed DCM-East Startup Showcase, a competition of startups pitching to a panel of Venture Capital investors looking for funding and partnership opportunities Select Transaction Experience: Available upon request
