I spend most of my time working with management teams and boards to build durable businesses in digital platforms and live experiences. My approach has been shaped by 20 years in private equity and board work, and by a non-traditional path that included attending several state-funded schools. That combination has given me a strong belief in backing talent wherever it comes from, and in building organisations that prize quality, curiosity and inclusion in the broadest sense.
