Serving as the support expert for TQL's proprietary, in-house Transportation Management System. Triaging, troubleshooting, and documenting in order to resolve or escalate issues. Managing multiple channels of inbound issues and prioritizing accordingly. Recognizing the early signs and symptoms of a high severity incident (Sev1, Sev2) and escalating accordingly. Resolving Load Manager issues using the GUI as well as SQL Server Management Studio to correct database issues as they arose. Assisting stakeholders who needed SQL queries re-written or updated. Serving as the T-SQL contributor for joint projects with other Support Technicians. Monitoring Load Manager issues through Chronic Reporting and Daily Login Reports. Cross-training other support technicians in supporting Load Manager. Continuing education through Pluralsight and Mentorships. Striving to provide a flawless customer experience to internal and external users.
Communicating with with internal and external customers as well as prospective clients to build and maintain Less than Truckload business relationships. Identifying and selecting carriers for shipments, ensuring the shipment is meeting or exceeding TQL tracking standards. Managing daily load activities by communicating with all shipment stakeholders (internal and external customers, shippers, receivers, LTL carrier dispatchers and customer service). Ensuring all shipment needs are met, working towards providing a flawless experience including on time pickup and delivery. Managing and tailoring customer pricing to individual needs from a spot, contractual, or project basis as well as everything in between. Maintaining TQL's core principles at the front and center of all LTL shipments, in doing so, providing a level of customer service that does not exist elsewhere in the LTL industry.
