Since 2012, I have been managing an international team of developers, QA specialists, and designers in conducting analysis of clients’ specifications for architect software. Other duties include orchestrating remote (via e-mail and Skype) correspondence with clients, managing projects status and risks, developing key architectural tasks, and performing code review and consulting. Significant achievements include: • Developed a unique IT project management system which enables clients to post project specifications without worry about the design, express their ideas and requirements related to the design concept, specify project structure (modules, elements, features, and tasks), customize their system and software components, and track developers’ activities and timesheets. • Spearheaded the development and implementation of new project management processes encompassing the development and execution of new tasks, code review, testing, and source quality revision. • Effectively established strong partnerships with US-based clients which proved essential in achieving optimum projects results.
In this role, I am responsible for supervising a wide array of software engineering projects and business development activities including expansion of customer base, development of strong relationships with our current customers, training and recruitment, team building, business analysis of project requirements, monitoring of project status, and management of projects risks. In addition, I also organize regular meetings with staff to track their progress, manage risks, and organize new tasks.
