Passionate about cars and supply chains, I’ve built my career from the supplier side into OEM procurement. At Porsche, I lead strategic sourcing for body and structural components, driving cost efficiency, supplier partnerships, and innovation. Being a native speaker of both German and English with roots in cost engineering, process planning, and change management, I understand how suppliers operate – and how to create win-win outcomes that strengthen both sides of the value chain.
• Lead and structure competitive tendering and RFQ processes for complex sourcing scopes • Evaluate and negotiate commercial proposals; prepare and support final sourcing decisions • Represent procurement interests in cross-brand alignment and corporate governance forums • Conduct and conclude complex commercial negotiations beyond standard contract frameworks • Develop and implement sourcing strategies in constrained or monopolistic supplier environments • Safeguard series supply through proactive risk management and structured escalation handling • Steer procurement activities within engineering change management processes
