Finance executive with over 20 years of experience in complex and capital-intensive organisations across media, infrastructure and professional services. Currently CFO of Talpa Network, responsible for financial strategy, capital allocation, risk management and the transformation of the finance function in a rapidly evolving media landscape. Previously CFO of Port of Amsterdam, where I led the financial strategy during the transition towards a more sustainable and non-fossil port ecosystem, including long-term strategic planning, financing and organisational transformation. I started my career at Deloitte in the Corporate Audit practice, auditing and advising large and listed companies on financial reporting, governance and risk. I believe the real value of a CFO lies in partnering closely with the business. Working alongside commercial and operational teams to translate strategy into financial insight and better decision-making is what I enjoy most. Alongside my executive role, I am active in governance as Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board of BNNVARA.
