As a Director of Sales & Partnerships for the Sirma AI Enterprise platform, I will be responsible for building the EMEA partnerships and sales engine.
Enterprise sales is rarely straightforward, so I focus on doing the basics while constantly looking for new “out of the box” solutions, my actions include: - defining target customers and key use cases for our BI/data/AI services, and turning them into clear, practical messages per industry. - setting up and running outbound campaigns cross channel using Amplemarket and other outbound tools. - supporting the sales process and GTM strategy with client discovery by understanding the business problem, structuring a specific approach, and finding a relevant solution. - with the support of the technical team, helping clients outline a realistic technology plan: what they have today, what they need next, and how to phase it in steps. - building a technical understanding through vendor certifications (Databricks, Anaplan, Qlik) and ongoing learning (Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, Tableau) to communicate solutions accurately. My biggest strength in the tech world is my business background and my ability to connect technical options to real business needs (ROI, processes, adoption, and measurable outcomes).
