I thrive on figuring out complex problems where there is no instruction manual. I learn quickly, ask the right questions, and take action without needing a lot of direction. I like to "just figure it out". I love to dig deep into technical concepts, data, and processes, and I'm able to clearly explain these to non-technical folks using plain English. I'm a learner and a teacher. I like to say my superpower is x-ray vision - I just "get" how systems work, and I can use this knowledge to spot inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. I'm not afraid to challenge assumptions or to question why a process even exists in the first place. I know how to pick (or find) the right tool for the job, but also know when building more efficient processes takes longer than doing things "the long way".
