I build products and go-to-market motions from zero. Then I scale them. At Gusto (post Ardius acquisition) I helped grow operational volume 10X in two years, and shipped products that drove significant conversion rate increases. After Gusto, I founded InCommon: a benefits marketplace for small businesses. Ran 100+ discovery & design interviews, designed an MVP, built the commercial infrastructure from scratch, then made the call to move on when the timing wasn't right. Now I'm at Staxiom as Head of Product & Growth. I own the product roadmap, the GTM motion, and the sales pipeline simultaneously. I work well wherever the job isn't fully defined yet, whether inside a scaling company that needs someone to own a new initiative end to end, or at an early-stage startup where product, growth, and operations all land on the same person.
