Mitacs postdoc position (External Consultant) at the Bank of Canada in the Currency department conducting research on bank branch location decisions
Currently a Mitacs postdoc cross-appointed with the Bank of Canada working with Barry Scholnick. Also conducted research on the impact of immigration on municipal finances as part of the Bridging Divides research program.
Received strong evaluations in the role of teaching assistant across a variety of courses and instructors. Served as the Lead Writing TA for the department, helping instructors improve the quality of writing assignments. Lead TA for a large introductory economics course, where I worked with the instructor to develop course assignments.
Conducted analysis and collected data for academic research projects with leading Canadian economists. Used advanced quantitative methods to examine taxpayer responsiveness to personal income taxes in Canada. Developed a key dataset and created data visualizations for a research project published in a top academic journal.

Led a small team of research assistants to build the website from scratch generating thousands of clicks per month.
