About

Intelligence is commoditizing. Context is not. For 25 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of business logic and machine systems. In 2001, I built early conversational AI systems and authored the first German textbook on chatbot design. Since then, I’ve led digital transformation initiatives across London, Shanghai, and Toronto, and built and exited my own strategy consultancy. I’ve seen many hype cycles. Here’s what’s different now: AI models are abundant. Enterprise context is not. Most companies still run on “Human APIs”, translating business intent into SQL, dashboards, and tribal knowledge that lives in people’s heads. That doesn’t scale. Today, I’m building LazyFox — an Enterprise Intelligence Layer that decouples business meaning from manual translation and turns organizational context into a machine-readable asset. As AI agents become the default interface to execution, context becomes the moat. If you’re re-architecting for AI, not just experimenting with it, we should talk. 👉 https://lazy-fox.ai/
