In this role, I will design End-to-End (E2E) profitable and future-proof supply chains for new products (NPDs) and safeguard existing supply chains from emerging risks.
• Accountable for delivering improved Gross Margins based on planning and execution of a large-scale cost improvement initiative (SQUEEZE Program) • Coordinate all efforts to deliver substantial cost reduction across all our portfolio, production sites and CMO network for the Dermatology Category • Go-to person to synchronize and leverage scattered COGs-impacting activities in different projects and initiatives
Managing cross-functional project teams being fully accountable for ensuring timely and on budget delivery of Dermatology Category related projects such as New Product Development, Product Transfers and Technical Changes in line with the Product Supply strategies.
OMLP is a 2-year program consisting of 3 rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and excellent training. Assignments: • 1st rotation: Project Manager in Eindhoven (NL) • 2nd rotation: Demand Planner in Amersham (UK) • 3rd rotation: QC Team Leader in Eindhoven (NL) Training: • Basic supply chain training focused on Lean in Paris (FR) • Business simulation to understand the financial impact of decisions made by a cross-functional team in New York (US) • ALJ (Activating your Leadership Journey): Learning week on what type of leader I am and how my social style impacts my surroundings in London (UK) • Green Belt training: Learning fundamentals of Six Sigma and applying DMAIC framework to a project followed by an exam in Paris (FR) • Lean Academy: Attending a class room course on Lean practices as well as an action workout on the shop floor in Hino (JP)
• Participating, organizing and leading of cross-functional workshops • Managing of cross functional and global projects • Leading troubleshooting of “hot topics” (application of lean tools)
