About

I would like to provide you with an overview of my professional background, which has equipped me with a broad range of technical, managerial, and international experience. My career began in 2012 at Liebherr Aerospace, where I undertook a training program as an industrial mechanic. From 2016 to 2018, I took on the role of a CNC machine operator, specifically working with flight control products. This experience involved using advanced CNC-grinding machines, allowing me to develop a thorough understanding of production processes, precision machining, and the high standards required in aerospace manufacturing. Building on my hands-on technical knowledge, I pursued a degree as a state-certified technical engineer (Bachlor level) from 2018 to 2020. The program provided me with expertise in the application and production of alloys, automation techniques, and component design. Additionally, I gained proficiency in project management, and quality management. In 2021, I transitioned to a new role at Motan-Colortronic as a technical sales representative. This position enabled me to leverage my technical knowledge to effectively communicate complex product offerings to customers. In 2022, I took a working holiday in Seoul, South Korea, where I worked part-time as an English teacher for children. This experience not only improved my communication skills but also exposed me to a new culture, further expanding my adaptability and interpersonal skills. Upon returning to Germany in beginning 2023, I resumed my role at Liebherr Aerospace as a Supply Chain Manager. In this position, I have been responsible for ensuring the quality planning of suppliers, evaluating and ensuring their compliance with industry standards, and guaranteeing the timely delivery of high-quality products. My responsibilities also include fostering the development of strategically important suppliers, ensuring that they meet key performance indicators such as on-time performance (OTP). I actively engage in error analysis and work to implement corrective measures as necessary. Additionally, I contribute to purchasing projects, such as the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) within the supply chain. Overall, my experience spans a wide range of disciplines, including technical operations, project management, quality control, supplier development, and global customer relations. I am confident that my diverse skill set and hands-on experience will continue to serve me well as I move forward in my career.
