Also where I lost my fear of public speaking. - provided general management (staff, budget, operations) for Austria's biggest PM community - translated strategic initiatives into operational tasks as part of pma's board - provided project management expertise for our marketing activities and as writer for the pma blog and host of the pma.at/podcast - commissioned, managed and hosted a lot of networking and best-practice events for PM professionals - calibrated the talks for Austria's largest congress for project management pma.at/focus and supported the growth of the congress to a successful hybrid event - improved the pma IT environment and organizational flexibility in a way that proved COVID-19 resistant
Where I learned to consult and to write concise meeting notes. - provided project management for the public sector IT in a department responsible for strategic initiatives - cultivated and improved several strategic boards at C-Level, thereby improving visibility of strategic decisions throughout the organization
