As Agile Delivery Lead I'm responsible of ensuring a smooth delivery of new features from inception phase to production. In addition I take the role of a Scrum Master and Agile Coach depending on the needs and maturity of the teams. I'm promoting and ensuring agile ways of working, taking care of dependency and risk management including internal as well as external stakeholder management. Furthermore I'm working as Agile Project Manager managing several high profile projects like product migrations, product sell-offs and launches of new platforms by bringing together necessary cross functional departments & teams, external partners and stakeholders taking care of the roadmap, requirements and successful on-time delivery within an agile environment.
During my time as a IT Consultant I've been working in different roles in different industries. My major contributions were working as an Software Engineer and QA Lead in a FinTech company in which I was leading a initiative to bring Engineers, QA Engineers and Integration Tester closer together to ensure faster delivery times and at the same time increase the quality of the increments being shipped which required cross department collaboration, requirement & roadmap creation. Furthermore I've been assigned to a project within the media industry as an Agile Delivery Lead ensuring the launch of a german streaming service within six months by ensuring (scaled) agile ways of working, focusing on dependency management, risk management and deliveries of bi-weekly increments without sacrificing on quality or team health.
