I am a recent graduate of The University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to assist many others in the future. I aspire to become a professional software developer or engineer in the future, but current am seeking out work in the Information Technology field. Through my experience as a Student Support Technician at Johnson County Community College, I've provided technical assistance and troubleshooting to students, faculty, and staff. During my time there, I have gained a ton of experience with software including but are not limited to, Office365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zoom, Ellucian Banner, Canvas, Microsoft Entra ID, and TeamDynamix.
Assemble and mount audio/video equipment such as TVs and other related A/V equipment. Runs wires through ceilings, walls, and floors and interpret assembly instructions to construct hardware.
-Factory reset phones, tablets, and switches for refurbishing. -Researched and organized information for various phones, tablets, and switch types. -Assisted in template creation for analyst and auditing forms.
-Resolved student account access and practiced technical writing in a knowledge base system. -Troubleshooted hardware and software issues on mobile and desktop devices. -Trained and coordinated with other technicians and users to assess computing needs and requirements. -Provided technical support assistance for students and faculty.
