I am a hands-on individual that enjoys fast paced and demanding work environments. • Implementation of Revenue Management strategy for Marine segment across designated country levels, including global key accounts. • Active participation in tenders to ensure sales teams’ proposals channel the right product mix without undermining product value positioning in the market. • Coordinating with leadership and sales teams to establish consistency in following new pricing strategy framework, approval processes and guidelines. • Performing cost-benefit analysis, pricing simulations/modelling to assess potential benefit or impact of pricing proposals and contracts. • Collaboration with finance and digital teams to automate the pricing process and reporting across our platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, CPQ, Power BI). • Providing training and guidance to sales teams and other stakeholders on pricing strategies and tools available.
• Analytics and guidance on price changes for America, EMEA & APAC territories. • Supporting Revenue Management team with preparation and roll-out of value-based pricing strategy. • Monitoring and reconciling pricing on a master data level, including projects to improve current processes for system & data management.
• Providing sales analytics and developing reports to track equipment placed in the market, ensuring that ROI is kept within budget and forecast for new proposals and existing clients. • Overseeing the company CRM system, providing analysis on the viability of the current deals that are in the pipeline, as well as reports on sales team performance, customer growth, retention and product category-wise growth. • Conducting market research and analysis to highlight commercial opportunities, with comprehensive studies of the customer database factoring in volumes, buying patterns and tenure to advise effective decision making on a case-by-case basis. • Overseeing implementation of new business systems/processes to optimize workflow.
• Preparing, & controlling the company’s annual budget and proposing financial objectives to senior management. • Forecasting operational costs and business expenses to set effective targets, factoring in dynamic elements such as seasonality and long term business growth strategy. • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as well developing and updating interactive dashboards on overall business and project performance. • Organizing and overseeing the annual audit process, performing necessary reconciliations and ensuring accurate record keeping. This also included quarterly VAT filing. • Monitoring cash flows and reporting on project profitability, with attention to discovering opportunities to reduce cost by managing vendor relationships & process, as well as conducting market research on prices. • Reconciling actuals against project BOQs to highlight variances.
• Reports & analysis on company’s total rewards budget, accounting for variances in relation to KPIs. • Assisting in preparation of next year’s budget by doing research on how the company compares to the outside market, as well as engaging with our insurance partners to optimize benefits within the budget parameters. • Administration of employee records; managing their expenses & reporting through Workday. • Conducting payroll across UAE, Turkey, Pakistan & Sudan and performing bank reconciliation.
• Analysis and reporting on absenteeism rates using Excel and RDW • Updating the database on training schedules and corresponding rewards program • Attending classes related to retail, customer service and change management.
