I work with customers and recommend products that fit their wellness goals. Skills used at GNC include customer service, learning product knowledge, cash handling, POS system operation, and attention to detail while checking products' expiration dates and cleaning/resetting shelves. As manager I am responsible for writing the schedule, placing special orders, handling customer complaints, hiring and training new employees, and filing daily financial and inventory paperwork.
