Based in the Deals practice, focusing on Transaction Services and financial due diligence projects. I have been involved in significant buy-side and sell-side transactions across a variety of sectors for both Private Equity and Corporate clients. I have recently completed a secondment to the International Deals Origination team within our Corporate Finance practice, helping to source deals for our clients across the globe. I have also worked on a significant project within Forensics supporting a high profile criminal investigation.
