As a recent graduate of Ohio University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and Management with a minor in Business, I have built a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving through academic projects, professional organizations, and hands-on industry experience. I have also obtained a certification in Project Management, further strengthening my understanding of planning, coordination, and execution in technical environments. My involvement in Phi Chi Theta Professional Business Fraternity enhanced my leadership, communication, and professional development, while my Engineering Internship at Mack Industries provided valuable hands-on experience applying engineering principles in a production environment. Through this role, I strengthened my skills in project planning, process improvement, and construction material standards, while gaining firsthand experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. I am interested in project engineering, construction management, and manufacturing operations, and I am passionate about continuous improvement, safety, and delivering high-quality results.
As an Engineering Intern at Mack Industries, I contributed to the Arcadia Project, gaining hands-on experience in precast concrete production. My responsibilities included conducting time studies to evaluate and improve manufacturing efficiency, assisting with quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, and creating and modifying technical drawings using AutoCAD. This role provided practical exposure to engineering applications in a production environment, enhancing my understanding of project planning, process optimization, and construction material standards.
