Working with key Stakeholders to define requirements and delivery milestones aimed at the successful delivery of HV & LV electricity, gas and water infrastructure (services to new build developments and commercial units ) to include LV POC, Link boxes,11KV substations, Gas CSEPs, Electric, gas and water connections. • Experienced in liaising with various IDNO’s and DNO’s. • Promote strong customer relations, working with the clients and Stakeholders within the organisation to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Prepare RAMS and works programmes. • Carry out pre starts at the start of every project • Completion of all Work instructions, ordering of materials, IDNO & DNO, ASSET owner forms • Liaising with the client on a regular basis • Make quick decisions, often under pressure, to ensure critical milestones are kept on track, raising any concerns too senior management • Responsible for project safety, cost and quality • Provide high level project reports to senior management, working groups etc identifying roadblocks and proposing effective solutions • Manage sub-contractors and project management staff on a day-to-day basis, supporting workforce planning, day to day queries and staff concerns. Ensure energetic and solution driven approach to maintain healthy employee relations. • Manging offsite civils contractors.
