TIWAG Tiroler Wasserkraft AG is a national Energy utility located in Innsbruck Tyrol. “For me, life is about taking action. Mr Speckle graduated from the University of Innsbruck in 1996 with a Master’s degree (Dipl.-Ing / M.Sc.) in civil engineering. Since 1996 he has been working in a number of different roles at ILF Consulting Engineers, and became a Managing Director of the Austrian company at the end of 2012 followed by becoming a member of the boardof directors in TIWAG in 2023.
Responsible for the strategical development and implementation of hydropower and renewable energy projects. Stakeholdermanagement and public relations for the related projects. Responsible for the overall group procurement.
Responsible for the management and coordination of national and international projects relating to the water sanitation, environmental and social, hydropower and alpine engineering as part of ILF’s business.
Responsible for leading the departmental team, project management, coordination of consultancy services and contractual matters as well as technical quality assurance. Design and construction supervision in snowmaking systems and alpine engineering, as well as hydraulics.
Manging of different projects in the western part of Austria and in Switzerland. Responsible team leader.
Project manager in the field of ropeway design.
