Business Intelligence Solution: Spearheaded the design, planning and introduction of a comprehensive Business Intelligence solution to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization. Conducted thorough needs assessments with stakeholders (focus controlling) to gather requirements and ensure the solution aligned with business objectives. Managed the integration of multiple data sources, ensuring accurate and timely data consolidation for robust reporting and analytics capabilities. Interface Compliance project: Transitioned the contract management and financial accounting system interface from Managed File Transfer (MFT) to REST API to enhance compliance and efficiency. Conducted detailed requirement analysis and testing to ensure the new REST API interface met all regulatory compliance standards. Collaborated with cross-functional team to address and resolve any issues during the transition as well as the hypercare phase. Data Center Move: Led the relocation of the company's data center, ensuring minimal downtime and continuity of operations. Oversaw the planning, execution, and post-move validation of all software application components. Coordinated with internal IT teams and external vendors to meticulously plan each phase of the move, from decommissioning to reinstallation and testing. Implemented robust contingency plans and conducted thorough post-move validation to ensure all systems were fully operational and secure in the new location. GDPR / DSGVO project: Managed the end-to-end implementation of GDPR compliance deletion routines, ensuring data protection and privacy protocols were met across the organization. Coordinated with various departments to identify, document and mitigate data privacy risks. Vendor Evaluation: Conducted a thorough evaluation of potential vendors for a specific project, assessing their capabilities, pricing, and reputation.
IT Compliance & Regulatory Management: Led a PAM project to ensure compliance with Insurance Regulatory Requirements for IT (VAIT), with a strong emphasis on Privileged Authorization Management. Managed the identification, consolidation, piloting, and integration of privileged authorizations within the Privileged Access Management Solution CyberArk . Test & Defect Management: Directed the project management of test and defect management during the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 for a globally operating insurance group. Developed test cases, organized and reported on test phases, executed tests, managed defects, and coordinated IT provider interactions. Rollout Management: Oversaw the rollout of over 5,000 notebooks for an international corporation. Planned and controlled the installation, integration, commissioning, acceptance, and troubleshooting in collaboration with all stakeholders (internal employees as well as, suppliers, providers & customers). IT Security & Governance: Managed requirements, planning, implementation, and rollout of an Identity & Access Management Solution to enhance compliance with banking regulatory IT requirements (BAIT) in the banking sector. Request- & Asset Management: Led the implementation of ServiceNow as the new request and asset management solution in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
