I am a Partner at PwC Switzerland within the Financial Services Consulting practice, with 30+ years of experience in Wealth Management and Retail Banking. I am leading the FS Technology Consulting team in Switzerland with a focus on Customer Transformation, and combines my passion for solving important business challenges with state of the art technology solutions. My projects have involved business strategy development, organizational change through to technical implementation & support. I have led programs in various fields, incl. target operating model design, lean deployment, IT simplification, application rationalization, as well as outsourcing and offshoring. During the last years I led several Salesforce engagements focusing on prospect & lead management, marketing automation implementations.
