I am a Professional Engineer at Wade Trim in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation Connect, I design site plan and construction level plans for site development projects. I create grading, utility, demolition, SESC, and site layout plans for various project types including commercial, industrial, and electrical substation sites. I see a project through its entire life cycle. In addition to the design of a project I create scopes and budgets for project proposals, regularly attend Planning Commission meetings to ensure projects obtain necessary municipal approvals, and perform shop drawings reviews and punch list visits to facilitate construction. I have my Michigan PE license as well as my LEED Green Associate.
