As an Associate Broker specializing in commercial real estate, I work on a team with two First Vice Presidents, focusing primarily on retail leasing and investment sales throughout the Northern Colorado market. Together, we deliver value-driven, strategic solutions for property owners, investors, tenants, and business owners. My day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing broker opinion of value (BOV) reports, designing marketing brochures and offering memorandums (OMs), coordinating client outreach, and facilitating property showings. I play a key role in supporting all phases of the transaction process, from prospecting to closing. I’m passionate about building long-term relationships and strive to bring clarity, insight, and professionalism to every deal. Whether helping a landlord fill a vacancy, guiding a business owner through a site selection process, or advising an investor on their next acquisition, I aim to be a reliable and informed resource in a fast-paced, ever-evolving market.
As an assistant to senior brokers, I compile retail market data and analytics, manage database entries, support BOV preparation, and create client update sheets. I also shadow showings and client meetings, gaining valuable insights into the Northern Colorado commercial real estate market. This role has equipped me with firsthand knowledge and a strong foundation in market analysis and client relations.
As a Sales Associate at Zone Athletic Club, I contributed in enhancing the member experience by assisting with account and billing inquiries, conducted membership tours, and successfully completed the sale of 1,015 memberships and additional transactions.
