I have built market intelligence functions from scratch, including competitor monitoring, market sizing and share analysis, segmentation and decision papers for audiences up to executive level. What I do: - Competitive intelligence across ~20 players, 3 regions and ~30 countries - Market sizing and share analysis, as well as consideration of the macroeconomic context - Segmentation models based on NACE codes, enabling a cross-segment go-to-market approach Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family (father of 3), running, football (licensed youth coach), skiing and in the mountains.
