• Formulate, engineer, build, operate & sustain a cost effective framework of facility infrastructure for KEP’s manufacturing operations. • Ownership of all electrical systems & installations housed inside the company facility. • Maintenance Planning & Execution: establish comprehensive maintenance plan for electrical systems in order to achieve reliability & systems uptime. • Safety: Develops & implements safety programs associated with electrical works. • Maintenance Program: Develops a documented programs & procedure for various maintenance activities. • Power Quality: Ownership on Power quality tracking, recording & reporting. • Service Supplier Contractor Management. • Dashboard Indicator tracking & reporting: Tracks maintenance indicators & generates periodic summary reports. • Applies standard engineering discipline & best known practices & standards for electrical maintenance programs. • Energy Conservation: Develops & implements energy conservation programs. • Facility Infrastructure Projects: Executes to support factory facility related projects. • Collaborates with the site’s different organizational structure in order to support, contribute, & deliver in the following programs; EMS, EHS, QMS, Crisis Management System, Factory Capacity Management & Security.
• Shall be responsible for the environmental aspect of the corporate EH & S program. • Evaluates & assesses with the PCO the facility performance in environmental pollution control & formulate action plans for improvement. • As the Facilities Supervisor, also acts as the Hazardous Material Supervisor.
• Responsible in monitoring & maintaining all Facilities Equipment in plant (Generator, AHU, Chiller, Transformer, Cooling Tower, Compressor and Electrical System Control Panel Boards. • Responsible in managing the Facilities Plant Operation of 3 buildings (Facilities group with 26 dynamic Electrician & Facilities Support). • Responsible in identifying & monitoring critical spare parts to be maintained. • Responsible in supervising the Preventive & predictive maintenance. • Responsible on making weekly report for the power consumption & other plant utilities consumption including written explanation for any fluctuation. • Responsible in identifying any facilities improvement. • Hands on responsibility
• Conduct safety audit requirements including process illumination measurement during line readiness evaluation in all phase. • Conduct machine validation & certification. • Assist plant Safety Officer in other Health & Safety audits. • Perform other functions delegated by H & S Management Representative.
