Program lead SAP Cloud Migration: - Lead the migration program for the entire SAP landscape (>70 system landscapes, >1000 program participants) to a hyperscaler environment (including RISE with SAP), along with the implementation of a new operational model for Vitesco, and subsequently for the entire Schaeffler Group. - Responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring adherence to the project plan, taking into account milestones, resources, and budget constraints, thereby ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. - Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary teams from the business and IT departments, promoting collaboration and successful communication between all stakeholders. - Management and oversight of external service providers to ensure quality standards and timely delivery of project services. - Direct reporting to C-level, including regular status updates and strategic recommendations for optimizing program processes.
Program lead SAP Cloud Migration Service Provider and Integration Manager: - Definition and implementation of ITIL-based services in the area of SAP Platform Management to optimize operational workflows and service quality. - Creation and analysis of financial management reporting, as well as planning and managing the system landscape to maximize cost efficiency and resource allocation. - Management and oversight of external service providers for hosting and consulting services, including support in the acquisition and negotiation of new, larger contracts to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.
- Lead global IT projects for the rollout of SAP S/4HANA in the modules FICO, PS, and Security, including requirement gathering and assessment in close collaboration with business units, budget planning, customizing, and master data migration. - Responsible for the applications and business processes in the areas of FICO, VIM, PS, and MM. - Management of external service providers for applications and cloud services to ensure high-quality support and services. - Development and implementation of an audited security concept, including authorization concepts, FIORI implementation, access management, and management of system landscapes and RFC connections. - Accountability for system administration, including transport and upgrade management, as well as monitoring to ensure a stable and reliable system environment. - Cross-module project management for the rollout of a new legal entity, including the implementation of a shortened fiscal year and VIM.
