•Assist head coach in the design and execution of a training program that helps D2 players develop the skills to excel in their ability to play the game of ice hockey •Train players by including activities both on and off the ice to help improve their strength, speed, endurance, agility, critical thinking skills and overall conditioning •Be present at games and practices and work with coaching staff to help develop practice plans based on ACHA Hockey guidelines to enhance players’ skills •Create an environment that encourages a sense of belonging, achievement, strong character, work ethic and an overall respectful team mentality.

Hands-on Director of Mite Development & Director of USA Hockey's Learn to Play Program at The Bridgewater Sports Arena Responsibilities: *Design & implement an age-appropriate training program that helps players develop the skills needed to excel in their ability to understand & play the game of ice hockey competently & with good sportsmanship *Train players by including age-appropriate activities, both on & off the ice, to help improve their strength, endurance, speed, agility, critical thinking & overall conditioning *Plan & effectively communicate strategies & game plans to players in an age-appropriate manner *Create an environment that encourages a sense of belonging, achievement, strong character, work ethic & a respectful team mentality *Encourage disciplined behavior of players both on & off the ice *Ensure adherence of USA Hockey standards & protocols *Encourage players to find a healthy balance between ice hockey, academics & extra-curricular activities *Be a good role model exhibiting the importance of respect for the game & for all involved both on & off the ice

Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively, articulately and respectfully with players and their parents/guardians • Design, coordinate and conduct team practices both on and off the ice • Co-coach professionally and respectfully while training players to be the best they can be as an ice hockey player and as a person • Plan and effectively communicate strategies and game plans to players • Motivate and train players to enhance their performance standards • Ensure adherence of USA Hockey standards and protocols • Encourage players to find a healthy balance between hockey and academics • Be a good role model exhibiting the importance of respect for the game and for all those involved both on and off the rink
Responsibilities: (over 200 children and their families) • Communicate effectively, articulately and respectfully with players and their parents/guardians • Train hockey players of all levels on the techniques of playing ice hockey competently and with good sportsmanship • Plan and effectively communicate strategies and game plans to players • Encourage disciplined behavior of players both on and off the ice • Patiently teach new players the basics of how to play hockey • Ensure adherence of USA Hockey standards and protocols • Encourage players to find a healthy balance between hockey, academics, and extra-curricular activities • Be a good role model exhibiting the importance of respect for the game and for all of those involved both on and off the rink
Manage purchasing accounts for and provide purchasing support to major appliance dealers and act as a liaison between dealers and their territory managers. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with major appliance and design dealers at the forefront of appliance sales, who actively promote Miele products • Manage large purchasing accounts for major appliance and design dealers, such as PC Richard & Son, AJ Madison, Ferguson, Neco’s Intercounty and DMI • Act as a back office sales liaison between dealers and their territory managers to ensure complete satisfaction with dealers purchases • Resolve escalated dealer grievances without the need for Supervisor intervention
Provide support to consumers, sales personnel and technicians in coordinating sales orders for parts and consumables. Responsibilities: • Answer a middle to high volume of inbound phone calls from consumers, sales personnel and technicians and determine product parts based on descriptions given by callers • Develop and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer relations • Help Technicians and Service Managers by gathering information they need to perform their duties • Resolve escalated customer complaints without the need for Supervisor intervention • Follow policies and procedures to document and address customer issues
