Trilingual professional with over a decade of international experience in content management, translation/localisation, language and professional development training, instructional design, as well as account management, sales, and customer service. Currently in SaaS sales/account management for the German/Austrian market, supporting small and medium-sized businesses using fleet management software. After moving to Munich from my hometown Vancouver, Canada in 2008, I was eventually drawn to Berlin, where I’ve been living since 2015.
