Hi, my name is Alexander Powell and I am a graduate of King's College and majored in Computers and Information Systems (CIS). As a CIS Major, I am fascinated by how technology keeps getting better each and every day.
• Troubleshooted computer software and hardware to resolve IT issues and problems. • Used the IT Help Desk Ticket System to document, prioritize, and track ticket requests. • Answered phone calls from clients regarding hardware and software inquiries to resolve IT- related issues. • Provided on-site support to troubleshoot IT-related issues and to setup new computers and accessories. • Fixed and repaired hardware including laptops and peripheral equipment. • Installed and configured new computers for users and staffs’ needs. • Installed software on desktops, laptops, and iPads. • Consulted with users to establish requirements for backup and recovery of their computers.
• Prepared customer’s food in a quick and timely manner. • Went shopping before shifts for various food items, condiments, and disposable plasticware. • Stocked freezers with needed food as needed to sustain inventory. • Cleaned any utensils used and replace fryer oil if needed. • Closed up and counted the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
