Main responsibilities: •Negotiate C\P terms with Charterers\Shipowners for both Voyage and Time Charters. •Monitor Freight Markets, analyse trends, and deliver market insights to support Trading Team. •Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the shipping industry. •Coordinate with operations Team to ensure efficient and trouble-free voyage execution. •Project Manager - leading the end-to-end implementation and Deployment of the Veson IMOS Platform.
Main responsibilities: Manage daily vessel operations under Voyage/Time Charters • Ensure timely delivery and re‑delivery of vessels. Coordinate ETA/ETD with agents, terminals and surveyors. Liaise with brokers, owners, cargo interests and P&I regarding any delays to support smooth operations. • Plan optimal bunkering — calculate consumption, select ports worldwide and fuel types. Arrange suppliers and quality testing. • Monitor voyage routing and meteorological conditions and implement adjustments to optimise transit and mitigate risks. • Coordinate with in‑house departments (Traders, Execution, Finance). • Control voyage costs — prepare voyage estimates, monitor expenses, reconcile invoices and optimise fuel use (speed mode). • Prepare and submit documentation for counterparties and conduct KYC and registration processes. • Review and verify stowage plans and loading and discharging documents for compliance with the C/P and sale and purchase cargo contracts. • Respond promptly to incidents and disputes during voyages and coordinate corrective actions. • Maintain accurate records of charter financials, including expected payments, settlements and outstanding balances. • Analyse voyage and operations performance and prepare post‑voyage reports for management.
Main responsibilities: Scrutinizing incoming shipping claims / submitting outgoing claims under Voyage Charter / Time Charter / own fleet, such as demurrage/despatch, speed up, detention, waiting orders, deviation, heating, port/canal dues, ice advisor/delay and others. - Re-billing counterparties in accordance with purchase/sale contracts. - Reporting to the Head of Claims/Counsels as necessary to initiate legal proceedings. - Reviewing contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Main responsibilities: - Monitoring vessel`s movement (speed, delays due to unfavorable weather conditions, passing canals and straits) and cargo operations (communication with agents, stevedores, port authorities for arranging timely operations). - Arranging smooth and timely pre/post-fixing activities including close interaction with in-house maritime lawyers and execution/quality/sale/planning departments. - Preparation of Letters of Indemnity for: discharging without OB/Ls, changing of ports, discharging in light precipitation and other cases from which it used to hold a party harmless in C/P chain. - Making timely laytime calculations with sellers/buyers under purchase/sale contracts and with Owners under voyage Charter-Party. Timely settlement of demurrage/despatch disputes, running balance tables. - Nomination of agents at both loading/discharging ports (checking PDA/port`s restriction, tides) and communicating with all parties concerned for smooth voyage performing. - Checking/execution payments of freight/PDA/demurrage invoices and credit notes. - Reviewing and negotiation, with the terminal and planning departments one side and ship administration/shipowner other side cargo stowage plans and optimizing cargo liftings, loading and unloading sequences. - Chartering of the tonnage in accordance with the requirements of trading department (Shortsea vessels at Azov/Black Sea). - Running own calculations and analysis of the market tendencies/expectations by weekly/monthly reports.
