From 60 people, we built Bashaer Gulf into a 700+ workforce delivering across complex industrial projects, oil & gas, mining, power, and infrastructure. What I have learned is simple: Execution is where most strategies fail. Not because the strategy is wrong, but because alignment, ownership, and leadership break down under pressure. That is where I operate.
