I build businesses and leaders, in that order, always with people at the centre. My journey has never been about theory. It has been shaped on the ground in plants, shutdowns, and high-pressure environments where decisions carry real consequences. When my previous organization closed in 2017, I started again. From 60 people, we built Bashaer Gulf into a 700+ workforce delivering across complex industrial projects, oil & gas, mining, power, and infrastructure. What I have learned is simple: Execution is where most strategies fail. Not because the strategy is wrong, but because alignment, ownership, and leadership break down under pressure. That is where I operate. Today, I work with senior leaders and organizations to: • Close the gap between strategy and execution • Build leadership capability that sustains transformation • Deliver results without disrupting ongoing operations Through EPC delivery, Genba Walk engagement, and organizational transformation, we focus on one thing: Making things actually work, not just look good on paper. I am not building followers. I am building a community of leaders who take ownership, move fast, and deliver under pressure.
