Managed a global team of 40+ analysts, executing the strategy, improving risk management and operational efficiency for the global head of IB and treasury reporting. Partnered with the senior management of the global IB distribution business, acting as translator and advisor between business and IT. Received line manager effectiveness score of 89% in 2022 (average mgmt. score across UBS 78%). Delivered $1.1M in cost savings in 2021 through strategic process optimizations and report automations, increased capacity of team by report inventory reduction of 50%, saving 1200h of reporting efforts per month. Significantly reduced the teams’ report production time and resolved operational risk item for business, by eliminating all monthly trade adjustments (up to 1000 trades) which had led before to overpayments in hard revenue transfers.
Head of the Client Management Team in Switzerland, responsible for the overall Swiss IB client reporting services. Expanded team size in Q1 2017 to 11 people, widening scope of accountability for additional reporting areas: client economic profit and FX operations reporting.
Led the revenues reporting team of CMT Switzerland, responsible for the IB Swiss clients segment within the Equities division, supported the senior management and sales force with data analyses and advisory. Managed projects covering report development, process improvements and quality related database optimizations, based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Coordinated report offshoring initiatives and process adjustments to operational risk control frameworks.
