I am an HR professional with experience supporting organizations across talent acquisition, HR coordination, and people operations. My background spans recruiting, HR administration, onboarding, and employee support functions within both corporate and operational environments. I currently support technical recruiting for complex defense programs, sourcing and engaging highly specialized engineering and cybersecurity professionals. Earlier in my career I worked directly within HR operations where I supported onboarding, HRIS data management, leave administration, employee records, and day to day HR office functions. These experiences helped me develop a strong interest in the broader HR function.
