As the CEO of CTE Wind Civil Engineering since 2015 and with over a decade of leadership experience, I oversee global operations and lead the onshore wind activities for the group. My work is centered on wind turbine foundation design and driving research and development initiatives, with a focus on exploring new approaches in design and foundation types. I have successfully supported the expansion into emerging markets, including South and Central America, the Baltics, and Australia, strengthening the company's global presence.
