Operating for the Estates Engineering department. Running and managing a team of engineers and contractors in an ever changing environment. Responsibilities include all landside infrastructure; buildings, facilities and assets outside of airport terminals. The Estates team manage areas which help to form first and last impressions of the airport. As Duty Engineer my priorities are to ensure the needs of our customers, being passengers and staff, are met; to make positive relationships with stakeholders; to develop members of my team by recognising talent and encouraging continual growth.
