o Design regional strategic marketing platform, campaigns, tactics, tailored marketing collaterals and marketing plans o Support direct & indirect sales force and specialty account managers on the field o Support national sales managers to drive their business o Launch of a new perforated biologic implant in EMEA o Develop and launch of a new abdominal wall repair training program for new hires o Ongoing product and launch trainings for direct & indirect sales o Develop and execute product and launch activities for EMEA o Build-up & support new distribution channels for abdominal wall repair portfolio o Strategical development of new indication
o Developing, directing & executing country market development activities to launch, establish and grow adoption of a new biologic implant for abdominal wall repair with zero brand awareness and challenging reimbursement situtation o Create, manage and supervise an emerging nationwide team of sales representatives (1 sales rep reporting direct into me) o KOL development and management o GPO Management o Strategic initiatives to change reimbursement situation for biologic implants in CAWR o Plan & execute local events to improve brand awareness o Create & develop a nationwide expert group for complex abdominal wall reconstruction
