Work independently servicing Central Florida repairing & installing copiers, scanners, desk top printers and fax machines. Call customers to schedule appointment times and work with them one on one to deal with issues, problems and concerns. Diagnose routine mechanical and system failures using resources to fix issues on first call to maintain high KPI first call fix rate. Maintain stock of parts to get the customer up and running as quickly as possible. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize copies between visits. Assembling copier with accessories and networking. Getting copier onto customers network and setting up scan to folder, scan to email, wireless printing & fax. Train customers on operations of new equipment.
Built copiers to customer specifications, handled returns for the state of Florida, received all RMAs and verified hardware/software on machines, data entry meter readings, received/picked new product with RF scanners.
Oversaw daily operations for Florida division including purchasing, shipping/receiving, assembly, inventory control, quality control inspection, on-site sales and phone sales.
Directed all storage and distribution activities. Coordinated all shipments to destinations and execution of projects to completion. Monitored the quality, cost and efficiency of the movement & storage of goods. Installation of window treatments, blinds, artwork and assembly of furniture.
