As an Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Jeld-Wen, I evaluate and control the risks and hazards in the workplace, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations. I facilitate and train team members on conducting safety audits, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce injuries, incidents, and environmental impacts.
