Responsible for the management, coordination, scheduling of Hudson River Park athletic facilities park-wide, responding to public inquiries regarding all aspects of Hudson River Park Trust's interest via electronic information line, phone lines and social media outlets. Additional Responsibilities: •Organize, schedule and permit HRPT’s recreational sports fields and facilities. •Organize, Schedule and permit small scale events such as run/walks, promotional events, photo/film shoots, weddings and picnics. •Oversee, schedule and supervise seasonal recreation and events staff (4-14 staffers). •Manage and organize HRPT’s event related mailing/email lists and media contacts for information blasts, press releases and event advertising. •Handle inventory, merchandising, and fulfillment of HRPT supplies, uniforms and equipment. •Work closely with members of the public and interface with Legal, Facilities and Finance departments
